Failed to create backup

Failed to create backup - I got this error message when trying to backup one of my users.

Can anybody help me with this?

Could you please tell your panel version (Lite or Business) and its number?
What backup system do you use?:
а) the old one with many options and settings (it is activated by the EnableOldBackup option in the panel's configuration file);
b) the one based on DAR (only for ISPmanager Lite)
c) the newest version based on ISPptar (staring from 5.52).

Yes, this is latest isptar version.
Please first check if this user has enough disk quota (Default BackupSliceSize is 100M so user should have more than 100Mb in his quota to create a backup). If it's not a case, please give us more logs before the exact error message. You can use any service (i.e. pastebin.org) to make a link to big text file for forum.
