"Error: Database name already exists" BUT IT DOES NOT!
When I try to create a database which actually doesn't exist (was deleted in the past) I get an error.
ISPmanager: Error: Database name already exists ispmgr.log: [ 4314:4180] ERROR Exception 2: 'name' already exists MySQL: ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown database 'user_dbname' Where does ispmgr keep track of existing mysql databases, so I can delete it from ispmgr's list? ISPmanager-Pro 4.4.8.3 Thanks. |

There are 382 rows in mysql.db, but actually 233 databases really exist. There are 149 dummy entries in mysql.db, which are actually from previously deleted users from the control panel. Seems like ispmgr doesn't make proper user delete? Is this a bug?
Also, is it safe to delete dummy entries in mysql.db ? Is there any other table which is related and should be cleaned? What is the safest way of fixing this issue? Thank you. |
