In my domain folder. I've upload Joomla witch has the htaccess.txt. Because i wanted to use mod_rewrite i renamed it to .htaccess and when i wanted to do a modification in it SURPRISE, no .htaccess file, but the mod_rewrite works.
So i googled i found out that the .htaccess are one of the files that are hidden with pureftpd (

I tried the command there but in my pure-ftpd folder i don't have a
conf/DisplayDotFiles
