Yandex backups
 

I wanted to try out different storages for backups offered in ISPmanager.
I'm not familiar with Yandex, but decided to test it as well.

Why does it create multiple files rather than making a single file?

There is a number of reasons for that:
1. you don't need to download one large file when you restore or download the data
2. you may face issues when trying to download a large file into a storage
3. some file systems don't support large files
4. it allows to save disk space during the backup process
