More backups than it should be

CentOS 7
ISPmanager Business 5.104.5-1

I set up 2 modes in ISPmanager business. Backups are created successfully, however as I read in your documentation, the system keep 14 backup copies by default. But in fact, there are much more copies in the panel!

Does this mean that ISPmanager will keep on creating backups until it has enough disk space and then will delete the oldest copies?

Thank you!

Correct, the total number of backup copies in the system is 14: 7 full weekly backup copies, and 7 daily differential.

This limit can be modified with the BackupCountLimit parameter in the etc/ispmgr.conf.
configuration file.
In your case, perhaps the copies were not deleted, or you have modified the option.

I had similar issue and got the following response from ISP team:

"the limit can be exceeded, as we count not copies, but the number of copies of a certain user. On your server users are very often deleted, new users with new names are added. That's why in the list of backups you can see the copies with data of old users."
