backup to dropbox

I'm trying to create backup to dropbox but when I click on the link www.dropbox.com in ispmanager I get the error "Can not connect to this website" link that appears is

the problem is that oauth.ispsystem.com cannot access our server, and dropbox cannot connect to receive the token. Our developers already know about this issue, and are trying to find a solution.

Besides, our server was down not long ago, this could be the cause of the issue. So, you can now repeat the operation, and let me know the result.
