Predefined replies in emails
BILLmanager has a number of predefined replies for emails. I don't want to send all of them to my customers. I deleted replies, but it seems that are still in BILLmanager.
Is there any chance to deleted them from the billing system? |

it's not possible to delete a template. You need to edit it, so the template will return an empty response, and the corresponding notification won't be sent to customers |
