Active Clients
 
What considered an "Active client" in billmanager?

Is it a client without any active products or a client that doesn't log in the manager?

Hello Trax,

If you mean the status in the Clients module, "Active" means that a client has at least one "Active" service in the "Products/Services" module. This status is not associated with its account in ISPmanager or any other panel integrated with BILLmanager.

Could this be configured to remove accounts where the clients hasn't logged in to the billmanager for X number of days?

In the Global settings you can select an option that will enable the billing system to automatically delete clients without payments, expenses, and active services, if they remain idle during a specified period of time. The following information will be checked: payments, ordered services, and support tickets
