Migrate from directadmin

I have one old VPS with some customers, and I need migrate all of them to one new VPS with ISPManager.
How I can make this?

We do not have tool for migrate from directadmin :(

You can do it only manually, or you can contact us to get technical support. It will be cost 20 eur per hour.

so what does the import user do with the directadmin admin backup it claims to accept?
