DKIM and Exim on Ubuntu

Is it possible to enable DKIM in Exim on Ubuntu? It seems 4.71 exim has native support of DKIM but there is only 4.69 for debian/ubuntu. Is it possible to recompile Exim and will it affect ISPManager functionality etc.?

If the configuration files remain in their old jobs and not change the basic structure of the configuration (eg paths), then everything will work.

Make a backup copy before working (recompile) /etc/exim4 folder
