Hi all,

While the ISPManager installation goes through the final checklist, has anyone got the error below for DNS?

dns: ERROR 9 : Invalid IP address

I of course ignore this, and log into ISPManager as usual but when I try and add my main VPS hostname as "WWW domain" is says the same error at the top of the window "Error Invalid IP address".

Any thoughts of fixing this annoying problem?

What you see in the /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.log when add new domain? What IP you see in the user properties?

There's not a file in there called ispmgr.log however I have just done a fresh install hoping to see if the issue had changed (it hasn't).

There's only one IP for my VPS - so I've assigned that one to the user

Slava made a mistake. The correct path is /usr/local/ispmgr/var/ispmgr.log.

I'm having the same issue and all my log says is:

Mar 29 10:54:28 [ 8965] EXTINFO Load config '/etc/bind/example.com'
Mar 29 10:54:28 [ 8965] EXTINFO Load config 'var/userconf/ispmgr.root'
Mar 29 10:54:28 [ 8965] ERROR Exception 9: Invalid ip address

The hostname of the server is phoenix.example.com, don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I've already added a bunch of other domains, just can't add this one.
