Are we able to compile our own kernel for FreeBSD?
There are specific modules and options I need loaded in my kernel and your pre-compiled kernel doesn't have them.
Will VDSManager still work without your kernel loaded?
No.
FreeBSD virtualization supported by our kernel only.
You able to load any additional modules by kldload

what about kernel branding, im not big on having all my customers see your domain plastered on all my kernels. Any way to get a generic noone@nowhere.com in the kernel?

One last question, I installed VDSManager, then attempted to install ISPManager to the same server, it seemed to delete my VDSManager config files and render it useless.
Can they not co-exist on the same server?

What about support for IPv6. The kernel that comes with VDSManager does not have IPv6 support in it.
