Different billing types for VPS and ISP license

I set up daily billing for my customers for VPS. When they order a license, they are charged daily, but it's not correct! I want to charge them once a month for the license, and daily for VPS. Where can I find such options?

If a license is an-addon to your VPS plan, it will be billed in the same way as the main service (in your case - daily). And this behaviour cannot be changed.
If you want to charge clients for the license on a montlhy basis, you can create a separate tariff plan for licenses and offer them as a service, not as add-on
