I faced a number of problems in DNSmanager configuration. Some of them were fixed by myself, but still I have one questions to you.

Why does the panel assigns an IP address for every user? I don't have so many public IP addresses, so I'm not happy with this behaviour of your system.

When creating a user or reseller, DNSmanager allocates them a separate '''name space'''. A '''separate IP address''' is assigned to every name space. Thus, a newly created user will be assigned an IP address.

If you want to allocate one IP address to several users:

* Create a reseller in DNSmanager
* Drill down to the Reseller level
* Create a user on the Reseller level
* DO NOT select the "Private name space" check box on the creation form

The problem with this method is that by doing this you cannot use a Reseller level to divide users between different resellers as the system sees only one IP address and will not allow you to assign it to more than one reseller ... unless I have missed something.
