I faced the issue

"The server is not found in BILLmanager, processing module - 'testtest', identifier in the control panel - '1324'

A number of virtual machines were created outside BILLmanager

If a lot of virtual machines were created outside BILLmanager, just don't care about a notification.

BILLmanager synchronize list of vms located in the local BILLmanager database and vms in the processing module. If some vm is created in processing module but there is no information about it in BILLmanager, billing creates such notification.
