How to add IPs to VMmanager

we are trying to integrate VMmanager with the billing system and got the following error:

You have insufficient permissions to access the function ip.edit'
No appropriate processing modules'message

We added IP addresses into VMmanager, and don't know how to configure Ipmangager. Do we need this product?

Yes, you will need IPmanager.

Allow permissions to networks for the user that you specified when configuring the integration. This should resolve the issue.
