Hello,
you can activate it when creating a new mail domain or for an existing domain (check the "Secure connection (SSL)" box). You will see a list of available SSL-certificate. If they are not found, you will be able to generate a self-signed certificate.

That way seems you set SSL only for domain not for mail domain. The link for documentation is broken.
Hello,
You can choose SSL for email domain in ISPmanager -> Mail domains. Please see a screenshot

In my ISPManager Business I don't have the SSL field shown on the above screenshot although I have SSL in the user and domain configuration.
Is my fault or you are speaking about different version than ISPManager Business?
This function is added in version 5.66. But default activation of SSL-certificates on mail domains is enabled only for new installations.
That's why when you update the already install control panel, you will need to set up it manually.
Please see a documentation (http://doc.ispsystem.com/index.php/SSL-certificates_for_mail_domains)
