I want to add more fields into the registration form, as I want to define a status of my customers when they get registered in our system.
Is it possible to add more fields into the standard form https://my.ispsystem.com/?

Yes, you can write a plug-in (http://doc.ispsystem.com/index.php/Category:COREmanager#Developer_section) to hide those fields that you don't want to chow to your clients
