We are interested in purchasing 2 DNS Manager licenses.

Their purpose:
I want them to contain PTR records for all our IP blocks.
And also act as name servers for our nodes running ISPManager business used by our webhosting clients.

Is this possible?

Yes, you can purchase 2 DNSmanager (or use free versions that are limited by 50 domain names that can be added in the control panel).

However, note that:

Yes, all our panel have API.
But please note: IPmanager can work only with our software products.
