3 bonus support tickets (if you’re an ISPmanager, VDSmanager or DCmanger’s Lifetime license owner);
6 bonus support tickets – (if you are an owner of BILLmanager Lifetime license).
All you need to do to upgrade is go to your user’s account at my.ispsystem.com (https://my.ispsystem.com), and then to ISPsystem licenses – Tariff change – then choose a product of the 5th generation - Thatīs it! To get your Bonus support tickets, you will need to send a request to our Customer Care team, from your account. Then our specialist could check that you have upgraded your license successfully and add bonus tickets to your account.
Please note, that this Promo will expire on May 31, 2016. It is only active for customers who have bought 4th generation licenses directly from ISPsystem, rather than one of our partners.
