ISPsystem’s specialists determined a problem applied to CentOS: when updating from CentOS 6.6. to 6.7 libvirt considers all virtual machines to be suspended (the qemu process is running correctly), but in fact, they are up and running. VMmanager sends a command to libvirt to start them, therefore virtual machines get duplicated. The second virtual machine cannot be resumed.

Please note, that issue occurs only when you update from CentOS 6.6 to CentOS 6.7

We recommend that you restart the cluster node and execute killall qemu-kvm when updating from CentOS 6.6. to CentOS 6.7.
