Get discount from cache

Hello,

I found that one of the customers has wrong discount displayed for yearly service renew. In the billmgr logs there is an entry:


DEBUG Get discount from cache acc=4344 key='291-270-13422-2015-11-04-2016-11-04-1' val=0.988333


Where this cache is stored and how to refresh it?
