When creating a www or e-mail domain, disabled users are listed in the "owner" selectbox. Then when you try to create the domain, you get the "Error: account not exists" message.
Solution:
1) In the selectbox, somehow make visible that user is disabled. Change the error message to "Error: that user is disabled"
2) Don't display disabled users at all.
