Backup issue

Dear ISPsystem team,

I have installed ISPmanager Lite 5.22.4 and set up a backup plan.

I found a data duplication when checked a backups archives. Web domains was added to any number of archives.

I think it is a waste of disk space. It is enough for me have a one copy of web domain per backup archive. How can I solve the issue?
