i can nor deleting remove, ... on this file

and i have problem since ispsystem change license logic

2 days panel not work, and there is nothink to ansvare on ticketing


my question : how to remove ispmgr.lic file


i have this error:
hosting1# rm /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.lic
override rw-r--r-- root/wheel schg for /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.lic? y
rm: /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.lic: Operation not permitted


btw, i am login as root

and why ISPMAN not doing this by him self automaticly ?

is there any way to get help , from anyone ?

why my license file ispmgr.lic, was change , and there is some text insted of license ?!


btw, i have lifetime license !

Hello,

You can try
chflags noschg /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.lic
And then delete ispmgr.lic .
If you'll have the error, please, show
ls -ld /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.lic
Or write the ticket to the technical support if you bought ISPmanager from us.
