Backup email info but not emails

Could I tell to the "backup plan management" that the content of the bakcup would be something like:

Action type: Include to backup
Data type: Mailboxes
Mailbox: all but wit no data

So Ispmanager do a backup of all email domains, email redirects, email accounts but don't save any email?
We want to have all info of the accounts in order to restore it if necesary, but we really don't need the emails of the users.

what file format you have? mbox or maildir? Also check /usr/local/ispmgr/var/pbackup.log
