FTP - Login

Hi,

i have some Problems with the login via FTP

The User´s Domain looks like:

http://domain.de

The Name for the FTP Account is:

example

and the Password is like:

123456

I Use the File-Zilla and type in the following:

Host: domain.de User: example Password: 123456 Port: 21

and if i klick on Connect, the File-Zilla say Login-Incorrect.

Please can everybody tell me what is wrong? I have test all possible varaitions an can´t login per FTP.

The ISP-Manager lite is in use.

make sure domain.de point to your server
try use ip instead of domain name

I have choosen the IP and look at witch IP zhe Domain is configured and the effekt.

if I Choose the IP in the File-Zilla the same error comes out and the Domain is konfigoured and routed to this server.

When i type the Domain-Name, i see the Standard-Site from ISP-Manager for new account.

Hello again,

i am testet so many things and konfigurations but nothings work.

I have no Idea what is wrong and i hope somebody can help but from my last Porting to this new posting are 6 Days with no answer. What can i do?

It is possible that someone from the ISP System Support looks on this Server to fix the Problem? When the ISP-Manager works complete, i buy the full License and some one more.
