WWW domains for non-public use

Enable administrators and resellers to add a root domain (test.com) for a technical domain (provider-alias.com). The alias test.ru.provider-alias.com would be created upon creation of test.com enabling users to gain access to this domain. Such domains should not display on the user level. In the WWW domain edit form add a box to check that the user is not going to delete the alias, if any
