A customer is not satisfied with ticket notifications:

1. when admin writes the answer in the ticket, notifications are sent to all administrator including the one in charge of this ticket. How to disable it? He does not need to see his answer again.

2. When we ask something in the ticket, the notification is sent only to the user who submitted this ticket. If another user joins the discussion, the notifications are not sent to him, though they may need it.
