We're happy with new IM version, but we are receiving a lot of questions about two important options:

- Users managment (for VDS Admin)

Now we must access into each site for manage their malboxes or ftp users. Before, we can access to all accounts directly from VDS admin panel. Can be this menu option recovered?

- Delete messages in redirected mailboxes

Before it exists this option: - If you want all the redirected messages were deleted from the mail mail box mark this point

Now this option doesn't exists. Can be this option recovered?

Thanks.

Many customers upset about that, and will back this functions.

No.

You should use email redirects if wount store mails.

Well, new options for ftp users are genial. We only need that VDS admin can view directly a list of ftp accounts for all VDS and list for all mailboxes for all VDS.

But we think that ftp users and mailboxes separation is very correct.

Somehow it can be useful to define a new option when creating websites and / or user : set up, if usefull, a time limit and a warning to the root Admin. E g : when we allow users to access services for a limited time or when whe have websites who must be desabled after a certain period. It can be a ggod (and simple?) way to remind this root job!
