install phpMyAdmin & WebMail

after installation ISP manager pro, there are haven't phpMyAdmin & WebMail Application on my Panel
how i can install this application to my Server

Linux, CentOS 6

You should add EPEL repository http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL and after then run
yum makecache
/usr/local/ispmgr/sbin/pkgctl cache
and install phpMyAdmin & webmail in Application menu

i have a some problem after install phpmyadmin

phpMyAdmin was unable to read your configuration file!
This might happen if PHP finds a parse error in it or PHP cannot find the file.
Please call the configuration file directly using the link below and read the PHP error message(s) that you receive. In most cases a quote or a semicolon is missing somewhere.
If you receive a blank page, everything is fine.

how to i can fix that problem

Check /usr/share/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php or write ticket to support team
