View Full Version : 2048 SSL not installing with ISPManPro?

hello,

The recommendation was that after Dec 31,2010 that 2048 RSA keys would replace the 1024. I recently had to renew an SSL for a domain hosted by vps.net and it required the new 2048 key. I created the .key and .csr and submitted and received my .crt and .bundle files from Comodo successfully.

Here is the problem.

When logging in to ISPManagerPro and switching from root to user I try and install the new certificate using the control panel and when I click submit it just loads and never completes installation. This is the second SSL on two separate domains that I've run into this problem. It's quite annoying to have to SSH into the server and manually add the .crt and .bundle files when the CP should do this for me.

Any ideas as to why the 2048 RSA freezes up ISPManagerPro and the 1024 RSA don't?

Thanks,
Colin

Please provide us with a part of ispmgr.log that appears when you try to add the certificate.
