ERROR Exception 1: malformed result

Hello.
We have a problem with one of the functions in ISPManager. When trying to enable/disable a www domain we get a blank page. Apache sometimes says that it can't connect to a socket :
.. Can't connect to remote program via '/usr/local/ispmgr/tmp/local.sock'
.. (13)Permission denied: Timeout connecting daemon i checked and there ar 777 permissions on those sockets.

ispmgr.log gives me this error:
Nov 10 10:42:13 [ 5566] INFO Request [mgrctl][root] 'out=text&func=wwwdomain.edit&elid=bareback%2Elv&out=xml'
Nov 10 10:42:13 [ 5566] ERROR Exception 1: malformed result

I checked other threads and there were suggestions that perl-xml isn't installed, but after making sure that it is installed it still didn't work.

ISPManager version: ISPmanager-Lite 4.3.49.1
OS: Linux x86_64

Can you write the ticket with access to your server to our support team if you have bought license from us (our site)?
Also try to restart ispmgr daemon (killall ispmgr) and apache manually and check this again.

Yes, we did restart ISPManager and Apache but we still have the same problem and it doesn't matter if root tries to enable/disable a wwwdomain or a user.
