View Full Version : Password Recovery does not send email
like the subject says: no email is sent when I do a password recovery operation at login.
I received emails from ISPsystem.com when I registered for the forums so
I know that email on the server (somewhere) is working.

Seems that user email in ispmgr is invalid. You should check it in user info.
You can change password on server for system user.
The user email address IS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.
Send me (ming) an email with your phone number and I will show you that it is correct.

You should write ticket to support with access to your ISPmanager and we can see your settings
I test this feature on my ISPmanager and it work perfect.
