echo -n 9 > /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/pkgctl.debug
Then try to activate all of them through "Features" and list /usr/local/ispmgr/var/pkgctl.log here.

smtp - there is some problem with configuration on your system.
Please, create ticket for the support team, we will take a look.
Same with ftp.
About dns: try to execute this two commands and list the result here:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/named restart
/usr/sbin/rndc status
All software have been installed to your system. There is just problems with configuration.

reinstall everything, but first make:
echo -n 9 > /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/ispmgr.log
echo -n 9 > /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/pkgctl.log
And list here install.log, pkgctl.log, ispmgr.log

There is no difference between mirrors: everything copied from "be" mirror to all others.
-bash: /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/pkgctl.log: No such file or directory
This file appears when installation of packages begins(smtp, www, etc.)
What version of ISPmanager-Pro do you have?
