File manager fails

File manager has been broken in our ISPmanager installation for a few days. Instead of showing the file & folder structure, it blows up an error code 10 to the user. Heres the log:

remove /usr/local/ispmgr/addon/mfqlim.py, you have problem with this extenstion

Yeah we noticed that yesterday, by disabling that addon it started to work again.
