socket error

Just finished installing on a clean system... getting this error...

[Mon Sep 13 06:05:22 2004] [error] [client 202.0.42.41] (111)Connection refused: Can't connect to remote program via '/tmp/ispmgr.sock'

(I get an Internal Server Error 500 message on connecting to http://ip/manager/ and thats what my logs say.

Any help?

Seems I have a similar (or the same) problem, why is there allmost no answers in this forum?
